[Kisses laid against Bucky's skin are more than okay. In Bucky's opinion it's the best way to think, and something that Steve should indulge in more often. Especially when it's accompanied by that roll of his hips, an action that sees Bucky shifting a little, rolling his own hips up to give Steve something more in friction and pressure.

He smiles though, when Steve answers. Not the wicked, teasing smile but something more gentle, more earnest — more welcoming of Steve's explorations, of his hesitance. He wants Steve to feel comfortable here, with him; he wants Steve to learn that it's okay to ask for what he wants, to not be afraid of discovering those wants with Bucky.

He tugs their joined hands to his lips, pressing kisses to each finger. He's not going to suck on them just yet though, and only because he can't do that and talk at the same time (and sometimes practicality needs to win out!).]

I can do that again. I can put my mouth on a lot more of you, if you'd like it.

[He rocks his hips again, leg shifting a little higher against Steve, opening himself a little more.]
