Kobra doesn't even think about letting go. He's been easy with affection for a long time now, a by-product of knowing how cold and unloving Battery City was and wanting to be nothing like that. Emotional intimacy isn't easily won from him, but physical intimacy and affection are practically a handshake. He knows that Bucky has hang-ups and he doesn't want to push at them too much, but he's glad that this is okay.
