"I do have a good imagination." It's meant as a joke, but a moment later he realizes that he's basically just told Bucky he'll be masturbating in here. He'd worry about that crossing a line, but frankly he's already gotten pretty close to masturbating in a room with Bucky and he's pretty sure being in prison is a free pass on that as long as he makes sure Bucky is sleeping first.
